Building Requirements

Buyers have a choice to select from one of our award winning custom builders

The minimum square footage is 2400 under air, porches and garages not included

Minimum attached two car side-facing garage is required

Driveways must be concrete or pavers

Approved lot landscaping package required by Orange County 

Buyer(s) must begin construction within one year after closing date on lot

Onsite septic, private well and home fire suppression system installation is required 

 

Additional Requirements

Fencing is permitted with approval by the Architectural Review Board

 An attached or unattached addition to the dwelling may be constructed once approved by the Architectural Review Board

All building plans must be approved by the Architectural Review Board prior to obtaining a building permit
